My Place

Jesus,
I'm feeling a little lonely today
I just don't fit in the world in anyway
Jesus,
I think I'm just a little homesick
I just really want to see your face
and I've been thinkin' bout my place

You said you were going
to prepare our places, prepare our spaces
you said you'd be knowing
the things of our hearts, the tiniest parts
of our souls
but this one thing I know
I'll find my place
when I fly to your arms
and you wipe the tears from my face

Jesus,
I long to see you soon
Please don't be long in making our rooms
We just want to be with you
forever always
with the angels and saints to
forever sing your praise

You said you were going
to prepare our places, prepare our spaces
you said you'd be knowing
the things of our hearts, the tiniest parts
of our souls
but this one thing I know
I'll find my place
when I fly to your arms
and you wipe the tears from my face

We Just Don't Know

Can't believe it
I try to see it
but it just doesn't make sense
why did you do it
you knew it wouldn't
make us recompense
you for your death and glory
but you say you're making a story
a story of our lives
the writing is in your eyes

I'm sitting on my couch so still
watching you surrender your will
the tv screen
makes me scream
inside
and I cry
to see your blood run all over the place
makes remember my scarlet stains
and I try to remember why you endured
why you lived why you died so that we could be cured

We're all dying to live
and living to die
the one thing that were living for
is the fight for the reason not to cry
or to just go numb and not feel any more
if we could just know what you have in store
we'd leave the world behind just like so
but we, well, we just don't know

A Morning With The Angel Choir

Wake up the lids are lifting slowly from my eyes
Take up the day unfolding quickly with sunrise
And I'm trying to take it step by step
But eternity is calling out "do you see me yet"

Cause when I wake up
I wanna wake up to the angels singing
hallelujah, good morning, hello
Please hasten the one
day when I'll see your glory face to face
singing
Hallelujah, good morning, hello
hello, good morning, hallelujah

You catch me at the breakfast table
thinking about the feast
I find this world is just not able
to ever compare with my King

Cause he's oh just so marvelous,
oh just so, glorious,
Oh I just can't take in this
hallelujah

Cause when I wake up
I wanna wake up to the angels singing
hallelujah, good morning, hello
Please hasten the one
day when I'll see your glory face to face
singing
Hallelujah, good morning, hello
hello, good morning, hallelujah

Its So

I look around
I try to find a soul
within the consolation
of a hundred eyes so cold

I hear a sound
but no one turns, instead
Seems I'm alone
while this tune plays through my head

Its just that this is who I am
I've learned to swim deep waters
Because He made me understand
But I don't understand it all at all
but I know its so uncommonly

When I hear the wind rush through the trees
she rushes through my heart and brings a wave of peace
because the master sent her like fingers to rustle up my hair
I smile at the sky because he's there
When I see all of creation
When I hear its tune and song
I find the consolation
of his arms and it wont be long

And when I walk through deserts
feeling nothing and bone dry
I know he'll leave me never
and so I pick up again to try

Its just that this is who I am
I've learned to swim deep waters
Because He made me understand
But I don't understand it all at all
but I know its so uncommonly

Were Flying/ Music Box

She's finding the light
the hard way
He's dying to find
what he just can't ever seem to place
and were all trying to fight it out
and were all flying to the spout

We need it,
its life it is air
hit the ceiling
with not a moment to spare
were all flying and say we don't care
but we'll fly to the corners of the earth to see
if He's there.
Well he's there
See life flare
take in air
He is here

Don't try to hide it
your wings are fluttering
don't try to fight it
you're a music box made to sing
you can't deny the finger prints on your face
they're deep within your eyes He's something you can't erase

Closer than near
He whispers in heartbeats
Holding you dear
Listen as His sparks speak
He is here
